To ensure cost control, we implement a supervision system that allows to better manage the projects’ finances, negotiate with providers and analyze deviations. Quality control ensures the compliance of the project, and of the rules of good practice in construction. We constantly oversee the planning of construction works to guarantee timely deadline controls, and we take care of administrative control to make sure that everything runs smoothly and is documented and tracked as required. Concerning this, some of our services include approving materials, elaborating meeting minutes, redacting periodical reports on the state of construction, taking care of the issuance of licenses and other documents, supporting the client on decision-making and ensuring the full compliance of contracts by those responsible for each step of the construction.
We also act as coordinators of on-site safety, orienting all the technical documentation and serving as the facilitator between the construction company, the client and the remaining entities, in order to get the necessary documentation validated and to ensure that safety standards are complied with.

Finally, because any investment opportunity must be based on an independent and accurate analysis, we support investors in their decision-making through our due diligence service. The assessments we carry out include a study of the technical condition of the property, with advice on risk mitigation, as well as an analysis of its compliance with design and construction standards, local legislation and suitability for use.
We also put at the disposal of our clients a real estate evaluation service, contributing to fairer and more solid investments.
